Orders
How to order your pedal
All pedals at Green Carrot are hand made to order. You are able to place an order for a pedal by contacting us at greencarrotpedals@outlook.com.
You will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order has been received & placed in our order books.
Please be aware that we aim to turnaround orders within 12 weeks from the point of ordering but unavoidable delays can occur. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know when your pedal is ready for shipping & how to send payment to us. We currently accept payment via PayPal as this gives you, the customer, some reassurance & security. You will receive our PayPal account details to which you should send monies to.
We won’t ask for any monies until your pedal is ready for shipping, it’s just the way we do things around here.
The pricing of our pedals is, we’d like to think, very competitive and realistic considering each one is handmade & not massed produced in some faceless factory. As with all thing handmade, each pedal will be unique but this uniqueness might be a miniscule difference in the finish etc. These differences in no way will affect the performance of your unique Green Carrot Pedal.
Warranty
Our promise to you
Green Carrot Pedals are warranted to be free from defects in components and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year. Warranties are in effect for 12 months from the date of purchase for all new equipment (This warranty is not transferred to the new owner in the unlikely event you sell the pedal on). Repairs within this period will be free of charge if the problem is from a manufacturing defect and is not caused by the end user. We will endeavour to repair as quickly as possible any pedal returned to us. Return shipping costs to us are born by the customer and are not covered under the warranty conditions. Green Carrot Pedals will pay the return postage to you.
Green Carrot Pedals shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Green Carrot Pedals responsibility is limited to the product itself. Green Carrot Pedals assumes no responsibility for any loss due to cancellation of any events, or rent of replacement equipment or costs due to third parties or customer’s loss of profit, or any other indirect cost or losses however incurred.
Green Carrot Pedals reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design or manufacturing without assuming any obligation to change or improve products previously manufactured and / or sold.
This warranty shall be null and void, if the product is subjected to repair work or alteration by any person or facility other than Green Carrot Pedals; mechanical damage including shipping accidents; war, civil insurrection, misuse, abuse, operation with incorrect AC voltage, incorrect connections, wrong accessories, incorrect use of accessories, operation with faulty associated equipment, exposure to inclement weather conditions and normal wear and tear.
Unauthorized modifications to any product from the Green Carrot Pedals range will void the warranty immediately. This warranty condition is absolute.
